Headline: Federigan rejoins FCB media on NZ Milk business

FCB has restocked the media department of its Philippine office with three new hires. Ela Federigan has rejoined the agency to head the media group after leaving for Optimedia two years ago. Federigan takes on the New Zealand Milk account at FCB, assisted by two new staff: senior media planner Melvin Manuel, formerly at Masscom and Manprom; and media planner Olive Cabacungan, formerly at Masscom.
