Headline: EBay acquires Baazee.com from NewsCorp, ICICI

Ebay has acquired Baazee.com in a US$50 million deal. eBay is buying out a number of shareholders, including News Corp and ICICI Ventures. The acquisition will take place in the third quarter of 2004. eBay will retain all Baazee's 100 employees.
