Headline: CC-Asia's Abrera dies in freak accident in Manila

Carlos Abrera, chairman of CC-Asia, a Filipino independent broadcast provider which is behind the Lakbay, Isla and Living Asia channels, was killed in a freak accident on April 17 in Manila. Abrera, 58, is survived by his wife Emily Abrera, the chairman of McCann-Erickson Philippines.
