Headline: Agencies scramble for Vanke Guangzhou brief

Vanke, the biggest real estate developer in mainland China, has invited agencies to pitch for the advertising account for City Garden, one of its properties in Guangzhou. Industry sources said Vanke had sent briefs to four agencies, asking them to present creative and media strategies for City Garden.
