Haymarket takes over M&M

<p>Haymarket, the UK-based publisher of about 50 niche titles </p><p>including Campaign and Revolution, has formally taken full control of </p><p>Media & Marketing (M&M), publisher of MEDIA, Asian Brand News, Asian PR </p><p>News and MEDIA China. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Revolution Asia publisher Andy Bridge is now publishing director of M&M </p><p>and will be responsible for all the group's titles. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Mr Ken McKenzie, former publisher of the group's titles, will still be </p><p>involved with M&M, but will also play a wider role with Haymarket </p><p>ventures in Asia. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Haymarket initially purchased a minority shareholding early last year </p><p>and the purchase of the remaining shares of M&M comes at a time when the </p><p>group has increased its publishing activities in Asia-Pacific through </p><p>its SCMP-Haymarket joint venture. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The JV recently launched two titles in the region, CEI Asia-Pacific, </p><p>targeting the conference, exhibition and incentive travel sector, and </p><p>Revolution, the Internet marketing and advertising magazine. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
