The acquisition covers its capital markets title Finance Asia, website FinanceAsia. com, asset management title AsianInvestor and Finance Asia Conferences.

FinanceAsia publisher and CEO Foster Wright said the title had achieved steady growth in earnings and coverage over the past year despite poor market conditions.
Finance Asia will be added to Haymarket's local stable of business titles, including CEI Asia-Pacific, PRWeek and Media.The title has a BPA readership audit of 16,233, comprising CEOs and CFOs of top companies and institutional investors.
