Havas eyes digital growth in India and China

HONG KONG - Fernando Rodes Vila, global CEO of Havas, has revealed that the company will boost its digital capabilities in India and China by the end of the year.

Rodes (pictured), speaking exclusively to Media, nominated the two markets as key priorities, with India expected to number 100 digital experts across Media Contacts by December - up from 20 - as part of the country's role as a global search facility. In China, the network plans to expand its offer to 70 professionals spanning Media Contacts and Euro RSCG 4D.

“China and India are really two of our key markets. We’re happy with where things are now, but we’re also ready to attain new growth,” said Rodes. Full coverage of the interview in Media’s 5 October issue.
