Harris, who worked in Singapore for four years, has been named president of international operations to ensure BBH's New York, Tokyo and Singapore offices properly co-ordinate efforts in servicing international clients.
"I will be overseeing the development of our international product and I will be heading up two global clients, said Harris who declined to name the pair.
Fennell has been with BBH for the past eight years.
