Hang Seng appoints chief marketing officer
Former Hong Kong Jockey Club manager, marketing planning and development Esmond Mok Ngai Shun has been appointed assistant general manager and chief marketing officer of Hang Seng Bank. Mok has been tasked with developing the bank's marketing strategies, and providing marketing support to all lines of businesses. He will also be responsible for customer acquisition and loyalty, branding and marketing communications and customer relationship management. Mok has also previously worked with Proctor & Gamble in Hong Kong and Japan.
