Hakuhodo, NTT Data to develop 'e-Ad Platform'

<p>Hakuhodo and NTT Data have established a venture to develop the </p><p>so-called e-Ad Platform project. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The aim of the project is to build a new generation of advertising and </p><p>marketing models capitalising on the benefits brought on by the advent </p><p>of digital technology. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The venture will set up an umbrella company this autumn, with 60 per </p><p>cent ownership by Hakuhodo and 40 per cent by NTT Data. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Operational companies will be established progressively under the </p><p>umbrella company, to develop and offer systems including digital </p><p>workflow structures built with affiliated companies. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The first operational company is scheduled to launch this autumn, </p><p>focusing on digital asset management of graphic content, media and </p><p>marketing data, and other digital assets. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The e-Ad Platform project also aims to provide a new business frame to </p><p>all companies connected with the advertising and communications </p><p>industry. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Meanwhile, Hakuhodo has launched a new interactive marketing company, </p><p>called Hakuhodo i-studio, in a bid to meet increasing demand for </p><p>Internet-based marketing services. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
