SHANGHAI: Joyce China has been relaunched by its Paris-based

publisher under a custom publishing deal with Hachette Filapacchi

Media.

The bilingual, seven-year-old title has been relaunched as a lifestyle

magazine, with sections such as wine and dine, fashion and beauty,

travel and fitness and golf.

"Prior to the relaunch, the magazine's positioning was not as clear. The

content was also more local and it was purely a travel magazine,"

Angeline Chow, regional sales and marketing director of

HachetteAsia-Pacific. "The English content has also been expanded." She

said the relaunch and complimentary distribition in five-star hotels,

airport business lounges and private clubs in major Chinese cities and

Hong Kong made it a channel to reach China's new high society.
