Meritus, a WPP/GroupM joint-venture in partnership with consulting and technology services company Covansys, will provide data analysis services across a number of categories in China, including banking, aviation, telecoms and insurance, beginning with raw data analysis through to the development of research insights for clients.
Meritus — billed as an 'analytical guide to profits' — will use analysis tools and statistical techniques to customise business strategies for clients, with the end goal being to drive business performance.
