Greater China: Headlines - Zou joins ICLP Shanghai as Loh moves to Octopus

ICLP has named Oliver Zou as CRM director in its Shanghai office. Zou joins from Grey Relationship Marketing, where he was director of interactive, and handled the Shanghai Volkswagen account. His appointment comes after business development director Waikheong Loh left to join Octopus Cards' rewards division.
