GREATER CHINA HEADLINES: Target scoops Taiwan Tobacco wine launch brief
Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation has handed a one-year creative and media assignment for its new wine Red Gao Liang (sorghum) to Target Advertising. A Target spokesperson said an integrated campaign featuring the colour red to mean fun and happiness would be rolled out in late February. The advertising budget for the year is expected to come in at NT$30 million (US$902,000).
