Taiwan's semi-Government controlled financial service company, Fuhwa Financial Group, has handed its creative and media assignments to FCB after a four-way shootout. FCB Taiwan general manager Eddy Fu said the company wanted to update its conservative image, with a new campaign 'Forward for you' planned for launch shortly.
