Shanghai Cable Network has tapped Landor Associates to rebrand the company as it looks to expand within China and outside the mainland. The broadcaster, which has more than 3.2 million subscribers and a near 100 per cent coverage of urban Shanghai, recently completed the upgrade of its broadband cable TV network.
