Carplus Auto Leasing has handed its Taiwan advertising brief to Batey/Red Cell. The agency won the account in a three-way shootout against BBDO and incumbent Toplan, the incumbent for the past one-and-a-half years. The account has been estimated to bill NT$30 million.
