Greater China: Headline - Tom takes stake in mainland film, TV venture Huayi
Tom Group will invest US$10 million to acquire a 35 per cent stake in Huayi Brothers International Holdings, a private film and television company in China. Both Tom and Huayi Brothers aim to seek a public listing of Huayi Brothers or find a Hollywood strategic investor within three years.
