Greater China: Headline - New system to monitor China advertising claims

Beijing authorities have launched an automated system to monitor broadcast and print ads for illegal claims. The technology reportedly uses a database of illegal text and pictures to keep tabs on 26 TV programmes, 13 radio shows and three telco companies, as well as assorted publications and websites.
