Golin Harris Singapore announces three senior appointments

SINGAPORE - In the wake of new business wins, Golin Harris Singapore has added Suan Ong, Pamela Tor Das and Archana Muthappa to its team.

Suan Ong has been appointed director, heading the corporate practice, and Archana Muthappa has been appointed director for the technology practice.  In addition, Pamela Tor Das has been promoted to associate director.

Ong and Muthappa bring over a decade of PR consultancy expertise each. Both directors have wide cross practice expertise, covering a mix of corporate, finance, consumer and technology industry sectors.

Ong spent the last five years working in the Middle East before joining Golin Harris, while Muthappa, newly arrived from India, previously ran her own PR consultancy after serving as media relations head for India at Satyam Computer Services.

Tor Das has chalked up over six years in the PR consultancy industry, leading notable national public affairs campaigns, and blue chip local and regional client accounts.

“In the past two and half years, our consultancy has been making strong and steady growth; weathering through the knock-on impact of the collapse of Wall St and subsequent, credit crunch. We are closing FY2010 on another strong business growth,” said Christina Cheang, regional MD, Golin Harris, SEA.
