John Gerzema, managing partner, International Fallon Worldwide, has taken the post of chief insights officer at Young & Rubiccam in New York amid restructuring at the WPP Group-owned agency's US operations. Gerzema, who takes up the new post on August 23, will report to Y&R chief executive officer Ann Fudge.
