Garden has added a touch of humour to a television commercial promoting its range of chiffon cakes in Hong Kong. The TVC, created by McCann-Erickson Guangming, shows a family of four happily munching on the cakes despite being stranded on a highway after their car broke down. The concept behind the ad was to demonstrate that Garden products are not just good to eat but also fun to eat. Henry Yim, Garden manager of sales and marketing, said: "We wanted to promote the idea of enjoyment that extends beyond merely fulfilling an appetite need."
