MANILA: Ogilvy & Mather's group managing director in the
Philippines, Stephen Fraser has been appointed to the newly-created post
of group MD for the network's Malaysian operations, as it integrates its
offering in the country.
Fraser, who ran the Manila office for the past three years, will be
responsible for managing the advertising, PR and direct businesses,
which previously operated as independent units.
Fraser's post in Manila will be taken up by Bob Hekkelman, who was
previously with O&M in Europe. His focus will be to develop the agency's
interactive capabilities as well as boost creative and CRM standards.
