Former Optimedia China MD launches startup mobile agency

BEIJING - Polun Ip, after a one-year stint with Chinese mobile marketing company Fractalist (飞拓无限) as its senior vice-president of sales and marketing, has launched mobile startup agency PowerScreen Connection Marketing (锐屏互动).
