Beck was most recently based in Shanghai for the CMX role, and prior to that was MindShare Australia MD.
His move to Ross marks a return to the recruitment sector, after a previous stint as North Asia CEO for TMP Worldwide.

SYDNEY - Australian recruitment company Ross Human Directions has appointed former China Media Exchange (CMX) CEO Philip Beck (pictured) to a newly created role of COO, overseeing all of the company's global operations.
