Former BBDO chief joins Publicis Beijing

Former BBDO CEO Lau Seng Yee has been appointed CEO and managing partner China of Publicis Beijing. Lau departed BBDO last year, and has been on an extended break from the industry. Lau said his decision to join Publicis was heavily influenced by the agency's commitment to investing in talented staff.
