Former Acxiom head Allen Xu named OgilvyOne MD in Shanghai

SHANGHAI - The former head of Acxiom, Allen Xu (徐飚), has been named managing director of OgilvyOne Shanghai. He succeeds Billboard Kwok (郭德榜), who departed from the agency to pursue a career as an independent consultant.
