Forbes Global conference to hit Asia-Pacific

<p>SINGAPORE: Forbes Global is organising its first ever conference in </p><p>Asia-Pacific in a bid to strengthen its market share in the region. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The Forbes Global CEO Conference - the first such conference outside </p><p>North America - will be held in Singapore between September 19 and 20 </p><p>under the theme of "Entrepreneurship, Technology and Business Leadership </p><p>in the 21st Century". </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The Singapore conference, sponsored by a group of Singapore government </p><p>agencies including The Singapore Economic Development Board, and the </p><p>Singapore Tourism Board, is expected to bring together up to 350 CEOs </p><p>from around the world. Speakers include Victor Fung, chairman of Li & </p><p>Fung; and Sybase president and CEO John Chen. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Forbes Asia vice-president and managing director William Adamopoulos </p><p>said: "It's going to be like planting a big flag for Forbes in Asia." </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
