Shou will report to Li Hong, SVP, senior partner and MD of Fleishman-Hillard China.
She arrives from a previous role as office head of Ruder Finn Shanghai, an agency where she held several leadership positions. In additions, Shou’s career also includes stints with Edelman and Ernst & Young Hua Ming. “Elan has proven her leadership skills in a challenging, high-velocity marketplace,” added Hong.
“As she takes the reins of an office that almost doubled in size last year, we know that her market knowledge and marketing communications savvy will make a significant addition to our already strong Shanghai team. She will also serve on the management team for our overall China operations, as they continue to expand and diversify at an impressive pace.”
