Five vie for Emirates global media

DUBAI - Carat, Starcom, Omnicom Media, MediaCom and Interpublic Group are set to contend for Emirates' US$150 million global media business at a presentation in Dubai in two weeks.

The business is currently believed to be split between MediaCom, OMD and Interpublic on a global basis. The brief is thought to focus on Emirates two key Asia-Pacific markets: Australia and Japan, and is expected to see a heavy focus on digital.
