Five in fray for Kyobo-Axa creative

SEOUL - Kyobo-Axa, the Korean branch of French global insurance group Axa, has called a pitch for its creative account in the domestic market, believed to be worth US$20 million.

A total of five agencies are in the running for the business, including incumbent local shop Grape Communications, SK Marketing & Company, Phoenix Ad, Welcomm Publicis and TBWA.

A source close to the pitch indicated that Axa was dissatisfied with the results of its current campaign, which features the company chief executive as the central endorser. Grape has held the account for the past two years.
