Fisher promoted to global role at Caltex

SINGAPORE - Brian Fisher (pictured), the current integrated marketing manager at Chevron for the Asia-Pacific region, has been promoted to join the global brand management division as brand manager for Caltex.

In his new role Fisher will continue to be based in Singapore and will be responsible for the Caltex brand in Africa and Asia-Pacific. The exception is Australia, where Caltex operates as an independent company.

He will report to Paul Fruin, the general manager for global brand management, based in California.

Fisher said he was excited to be taking on the role. “Caltex is great brand with a heritage that is more than 70 years old. The role will not only include advertising and marketing, but also the retail side of the business, on how brands can be involved in franchisee relationships”, he said.

Fisher will start the new position on 1 August.
