First Media selects Momentum for activation in Indonesia

JAKARTA - First Media, a major provider of broadband internet and cable TV programmes, has appointed Momentum to lead an activation brief in Indonesia.

The McCann Worldgroup division is expected to drive internet sign-ups as well as awareness of FastNet’s availability and coverage in residential areas within Jakarta. 

Residents have also been handed free two-week trials to experience the unlimited high-speed internet access services of FastNet. 

First Media’s current network covers Greater Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali. The company is aggressively expanding and upgrading its network to deliver access to over a million homes by early 2009.
