Third Person, founded in 2002 by Ross Thornton, Jim Kelly and Mark Gold, has previously worked with FD on a project basis for common clients, and numbers more than 15 financial communications professionals, based in Sydney.

One week earlier FD announced it was taking a majority stake in China-based Occasions, giving it access to Occasions’ corporate, financial and marketing practices (Media, 11 September).
