Ferrari India taps new Ogilvy unit

MUMBAI - Ferrari India has selected new Ogilvy India unit, Ogilvy Sports, to handle its marketing brief for the sports car brand.

Part of the communications strategy will revolve around new Ferrari F1 signing Kimi Raikkonen.

Ogilvy India chief executive Pratap Bose said: "It was an opportunity that presented itself, and we took it as part of extending the Ogilvy Sport offering in India."

Formula One has been growing in popularity in India, especially since the debut of India's home-grown talent, Narain Karthekiyan.
