FCB bolsters planning skills with Initiative launch

FCB has set up Initiative FCB to boost its planning capabilities through the use of proprietary tools belonging to IPG media sibling Initiative. Buying is centralised in Initiative. The new unit is rolling out in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Japan.
