The Hong Kong Housing Society has awarded its Kennedy Town property

launch to FCB following a pitch which involved eight agencies.

The project, which includes both creative and media briefs, aims to

encourage people to purchase the Housing Society's flats despite the

current real estate slump.

FCB Hong Kong managing director Margaret Kennedy said the campaign will

attempt to achieve its goals by highlighting the property's quality in

terms of product, image, lifestyle, location and amenities. An

integrated campaign involving television, print, direct marketing, and

public relations is in the pipeline. If the campaign has a strong

response, the Housing Society will likely award FCB another two

projects, she said.
