FCB beats seven firms to Housing Society account

<p>The Hong Kong Housing Society has awarded its Kennedy Town property </p><p>launch to FCB following a pitch which involved eight agencies. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The project, which includes both creative and media briefs, aims to </p><p>encourage people to purchase the Housing Society's flats despite the </p><p>current real estate slump. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>FCB Hong Kong managing director Margaret Kennedy said the campaign will </p><p>attempt to achieve its goals by highlighting the property's quality in </p><p>terms of product, image, lifestyle, location and amenities. An </p><p>integrated campaign involving television, print, direct marketing, and </p><p>public relations is in the pipeline. If the campaign has a strong </p><p>response, the Housing Society will likely award FCB another two </p><p>projects, she said. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
