Fay to take over at Publicis in Taiwan as Cheng departs

TAIPEI - Christopher Fay, chief executive of Saatchi & Saatchi Taiwan, is to broaden his role by assuming responsibility for sister agency Publicis in the market as the firm's managing director Sylvia Cheng prepares to leave.
