Fairnington tipped for Asia return in Batey role
Batey is tipped to name industry veteran Alan Fairnington as its new Singapore CEO, to succeed the outgoing incumbent Robert Kay (Media, 21 April 2006). <BR><BR> Fairnington is expected to arrive in Singapore next week, having previously spent several years at JWT, including a stint as Asia-Pacific president in the late nineties. In recent years he served as director of international business at US tech player Piranha. <BR><BR> Kay confirmed that a new arrival was imminent, but both he and parent agency JWT declined to comment on the new CEO's identity.
