The Kroll-FH Crisis Leadership Solution, to be based out of Tokyo, will combine Kroll’s intelligence gathering and analysis offers with Fleishman’s strategic communications expertise.
It will include internal control and intelligence gathering, crisis response and management, M&A and hostile takeover counsel and post-merger integration communications.
The new venture will be jointly headed by F-H Japan MD Shin Tanaka and Tadashi Kageyama, MD, Kroll Japan and Korea.
