EZ-Link Singapore links with A Kiss Inc

SINGAPORE - EZ-Link, a government-backed company that produces smartcards for Singapore's transport network, has appointed start-up A Kiss Inc to produce its first integrated advertising push.

The business, thought to be worth S$600,000 (US$400,000), was won after a final round of pitching with Batey. The brief is to introduce a new international EZ-Link service. EZ-Link is the first client for integrated communications agency A Kiss Inc, launched in March by founding partners Rosalind Lim and Patricia Chui.

Lim was formerly group director, Asia-Pacific for Hill & Knowlton, working on Nokia, BT and Microsoft, before joining Edelman as APAC VP to run the Ericsson business. Chui ran her own PR firm, Bentley, before selling to Porter Novelli. She has also had stints at Ogilvy & Mather and BBDO in account serving.
