Ex-Weber chief Smith back with own PR firm

Former Weber Shandwick regional co-president, Emma Smith, has launched her own agency, The Consultancy. Smith, who resigned from Weber Shandwick in July 2003, believes that her new venture is a reflection of shifting client expectations.
