Ex-Sina Weibo head of national enterprise to lead Carat Social

SHANGHAI - Carat China has appointed Wang Fan (王凡), most recently head of Sina Weibo's National Enterprise Corporation and senior trainer at the Sina Weibo Marketing Academy, to the newly created role of head of Carat Social.
