Dolphin was set up by former Leo Burnett executive strategic planning director Sasie Vadhanapanich. The other three companies, covering creative, PR and events marketing, will launch later this year, Withaya said.
Withaya will run Pandemic with colleague Chanwuth Sipor. The new agency already services three clients: I-Net, an internet service provider; The Premier, a trading firm for diamonds and jewellery; and Prasartthong Osot, manufacturer of traditional Thai medicines. "We are aiming for billings of US$3.6 million and staff of eight by the end of 2005," Withaya said.

Former OMD general managerWithaya Tangtanaporn has set up media agency Pandemic, which will be part of a network of five new companies, along with strategic planning company A Dolphin Society.
