EVENTS: Asia Graphics Awards - Sponsored by Getty Images - Japan's Asaba scoops AGA's top award

<p>Media's inaugural Asia Graphics Awards, sponsored by Getty Images, </p><p>attracted more than 600 entries from across the region with more than </p><p>150 guests attending the awards ceremony at the Excelsior Hotel in Hong </p><p>Kong. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The best of show trophy went to Asaba Katsumi Design for its entry, New </p><p>Dreamscapes for the Dongba Scripts, for client Lijan International </p><p>Dongba Culture and Art Festival. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The awards aimed to recognise the work of Asia's graphic designers and </p><p>to encourage higher standards of creativity and innovation in the </p><p>region. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The event was hosted by media's publishing director, Andy Bridge. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
