Edelman launches India joint venture
Edelman has struck a joint venture deal with its India affiliate R&P Management Communications (R&PMC). The new company will be 50 per cent owned by each party and will incorporate all of the existing assets of R&PMC. With revenues of over US$1 million, R&PMC:Edelman will become a top-three contender in India's public relations market, and will be headed by Roger Pereira, founder & CEO of R&PMC.
