EDB shortlists three agency pairings

SINGAPORE - The Economic Development Board (EDB) has shortlisted three creative and media agency pairings - JWT/Mindshare, Ogilvy/MEC and Publicis/Zenith - for its marketing campaign to position Singapore as a premier business hub.
