Ebay deepens relationship with Waggener Edstrom

SINGAPORE - Waggener Edstrom has expanded its hold on eBay, adding Southeast Asia to its Hong Kong remit.

WE beat Edelman and Text100 in the final round, which included an initial shortlist of six agencies.

The agency will work with eBay Southeast Asia, based in Singapore, to drive PR campaigns in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, said eBay Southeast Asia PR manager, Eunice Lim.

The appointment takes effect immediately and displaces local Singapore incumbent, Upstream Asia.
