“Eastern Realty has not run any ad campaigns in past two years. Its conglomerate Eastern Group has had some image issues, such as closing its Shopping TV channel. Its real estate business needs to rebuild its brand image,” said Vincent Wu, client service director of BBDO Taiwan.
Titled ‘See the true value of a house’, the 40-second TVC depicts Eastern Realty’s faith in matching needs and facilitating a new start for people instead of just cutting a deal for both sides.
BBDO has handled Eastern Group’s skincare brand De Mon for three years.
Eastern Realty has 350 real estate chains across Taiwan. It competes with two other real estate rivals, Sinyi and Yungching.
