Nicola Smith and Paul Ocolisan

It has named Nicola Smith as the general manager and Paul Ocolisan as the creative director. The announcement was made by Robbie Robertson, managing director of the e2 Group.

Smith was most recently with FutureBrand as director of client services and operations, SEA. Started her marketing career 15 years ago in the UK, she has specialised in the area of corporate brand strategy and design in Australia for eight years.

Ocolisan joined e2 in 2010, and has led the e2 interior design team in large scale experiential projects. With the focus on sensory engagement, he interprets environmental strategy to create memorable and engaging experiences for customers.

Robertson said the group has seen steady growth in both existing and new client work over the last year, with its revenue increased around 25 per cent from the previous year.

“Nicola’s expertise and in-depth local knowledge of the market, both in Singapore and Asia-wide, will be invaluable in managing and furthering this growth,” he added.

“Paul’s creative skill and experience, in tandem with Nicola’s strategic leadership, underscores our belief that strategy drives successful design solutions.”
